Cancellation/Exchange/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 2 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped or Generated Tracking No.

EXCHANGE

Customers can initiate the exchange request to us within 24 Hours from Receive Time, and once the exchange is approved, you can send to us exchangeable parcel on your transportation cost. Exchange will be applicable on damaged/defective products Only.

REFUND

Customers can initiate the refund request to us within 24 Hours from Payment Receive Time, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Once the returned product is received by us. Your order amount will be refunded or can be used as store credits for your future purchases. Refund will be applicable on Out of Stock/Not Shipped products Only, No Refund in any other Case.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
